What Clients Say

Yoga class with Anastasia ( at PSS Worls Medical) was absolutely amazing! I have never done Yoga before and honestly thought I would laugh my way through the class with all the breathing and nonsense you see on TV. But no….once she started talking you through it all, and telling you what to pay attention to and be in touch with, it was wonderful! I never would have guessed I would have enjoyed that class as much as I did…..I really hope to see her back…..she was fantastic!

I recently started taking classes with Anastasia. Outside of being a very good yoga teacher, she also has a very kind soul. I believe Anastasia truly wants each client to be happy and healthy, and to leave her class feeling a bit more limber, a bit more relaxed, and completely comfortable with what and how she teaches her classes.

Anastatsia is an extremely knowledgeable about yoga and she does share her knowledge with her students. She knows Why she is instructing a certain routine or a pose and explains it very well. I think a beginner or a long time yogi will enjoy her thoughtful practices. And savasana guided by her is the best ever among all the classes I've been too!
